| Package cream cheese | 1 8 Ounce | |

| Crushed pineapple | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained (Add one of the following:) | |
| Omit nuts and add 1/2 cup olives, a few slices onion, and a dash Tabasco sauce | ||
| Watercress | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (Add one of the following:) | |
Directions
Place nuts and cheese in processor bowl and process with metal blade until nuts are coarsely chopped.
Tint cheese with food coloring if spread is to be used for canapes.
