Cream Cheese Spread Recipe
Cream Cheese Spread is a superb tasting recipe wonder what's the secret? Best enjoyed as a Side Dish this recipe was taught to me by a dear friend who also happens to be a great chef. Trust me! I am saying that you must try this Cream Cheese Spread.
Ingredients
1/4 cup nuts (or more)
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, cut into 6 pieces
Cream Cheese Spread Variations
Add one of the following:
1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple,drained
Omit nuts and add 1/2 cup olives, a few slices onion, and a dash Tabasco sauce
2 cups watercress, cut into 1 inch pieces
Directions
Place nuts and cheese in processor bowl and process with metal blade until nuts are coarsely chopped.
Tint cheese with food coloring if spread is to be used for canapes.
