 Butter1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
 Cream cheese1 , softened
 Powdered sugar1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted
 Vanilla extract1 Teaspoon
 Pecans1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped

Directions

Cream butter and cream cheese, gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
Stir in vanilla and chopped pecans.

When I mix butter, with cream cheese, sifted sugar and vanilla extract I am not getting thick frosting. It's not holding shape. What ingredient am I missing?
