Cream Cheese Cheese Ball Recipe
Ingredients
| Softened cream cheese | 8 Ounce | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 5 strips bacon, cooked until crisp and chopped fine | ||
| Ham | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green onions | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Dill weed | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/8 tsp. black or white pepper | ||
| Mild cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Crushed pineapple | 1 Tablespoon, drained | |
| 2 T. ham, chopped fine | ||
| Chopped pecans, walnuts or almonds | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except nuts.
Divide the mixture into two balls.
Form balls by placing mixture on a piece of plastic wrap which has been sprinkled with chopped nuts.
Sprinkle the top of the ball with nuts.
Carefully wrap the plastic around the ball and put it in the refrigerator to set up.
After it has been in the refrigerator for at least an hour, you can gently reform the ball shape.
