Cream Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 16 oz. pkg. cream cheese
 
1 c. cottage cheese
 
2 1/2 oz. Roquefort cheese
 
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese grated
 
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
 
1 sm. onion grated
 
1/4 tsp. grated garlic
 
1 tbsp. monosodium glutamate
 
1 or 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
 
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
 
1 c. finely chopped parsley
 
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Directions

Mix all cheeses and seasonings with one half the parsley and pecans.
Mold in round greased mold.
Mix remaining parsley and pe cans; pat on outside of ball.
Chill for 24 hours.
Serve with crackers or corn chips.
