Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Baked 9" pie shell or Baked Crumb Crust | ||
| 1 pkg. regular vanilla pudding | ||
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablesp. butter or margarine | ||
| 1/4 teasp. vanilla or almond extract | ||
| Heavy cream | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
Directions
Prepare pudding as directed on package, using 2 cups milk; add butter, extract.
Cover surface of pudding with waxed paper; refrigerate.
Beat with spoon till smooth; spoon into baked pie shell; refrigerate.
Top with whipped cream.
