Country Style Cream Of Vegetable Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrots | 2 Medium, cut in to chunks | |
| Potato | 1 Medium, cut in to chunks | |
| 1 rib celery, cut in chunks | ||
| Onion | 1 Large, cut in to chunks | |
| Vegetable bouillon cubes | 2 | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a 2-quart saucepan, combine all ingredients, except milk, and cook, covered, until vegetables arc tender.
Put half of milk and half of vegetable mixture (including liquid) in blender.
Blend until vegetables are pureed.
Repeat with remaining half of milk and vegetables.
Return all of pureed mixture to saucepan and cook until soup is bubbly and hot
