Cream Of Turkey Soup Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
6 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pinch black pepper
2 cups half-and-half
3 cups turkey or chicken broth
3/4 cup coarsely chopped cooked turkey
Directions
1 Heat butter in a saucepan Blend in flour, salt, and pepper Heat until bubbly
2 Gradually add half-and-half and 1 cup of broth, stirring constantly Bring to boiling, cook and stir 1 to
