Cream Of Rye Salmon Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
16-oz can (480 g) salmon with liquid
1/2 cup (120 ml) ROMAN MEAL Cream of Rye
2 tbs (30 ml) fresh chopped parsley or 1 tsp (5 ml) dry parsley flakes
2 tbs (30 ml) finely chopped onion
1 tsp (5 ml) prepared mustard
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup (240 ml) skim milk
Directions
Combine and bake in greased loaf pan at 350°F (180°C) for 35-40 minutes.
