Ingredients

 Chopped mushrooms1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Whipping cream1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Grated garlic1 Teaspoon

 Onion1⁄2 Medium, chopped finely

Directions

Clean the mushrooms by using paper towel and cut them in to small chunks.
Heat 2 tsp butter or ghee in a sauce pan. Add grated garlic and saute till it gets light golden colour.
Add onion and saute till it becomes translucent, add green chillies and black pepper.
Add 3 tsp All purpose flour and fry till it gets light golden colour.
Now add water little by little at a time. Cover and cook for 5 mts.
Now add chopped mushrooms and salt mix, cover and cook for another 5 mts.
Add whipping cream and cook for 2 mts.
Serve hot with garlic bread or any appetizer.
