Cream Of Mushroom Soup Recipe
The cream of mushroom soup is a creamy and savory soup made with added pimientos. Cooked in milk and chicken broth, the cream of mushroom soup can be served as desired as a side or appetizer.
Ingredients
2 8 oz. mushrooms, drained and minced cans
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 cup skimmilk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Garnish paprika
Directions
1. Simmer mushrooms in chicken broth for 5 minutes.
2. Whisk cornstarch into cool milk until smooth. Pour slowly into broth. Heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
3. Add Worcestershire sauce. Garnish with paprika.
