Savory Cream Of Corn Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 2 Ounce, finley diced | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream style corn | 1 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Chives | 1 Tablespoon, chopped |
Directions
Melt margarine in top of double boiler over boiling water.
Add onion and cook 4 minutes or until tender.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Gradually add milk, and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add corn; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Sprinkle with chives.
Divide evenly.
