Cream Of Corn Soup Recipe

| Cream or top of milk, 1/4 cup | ||
Directions
Add three cups water to grated corn and about one cup water to whole kernel corn and cook in pressure cooker till tender.
When slightly cool, liquidise the grated corn and pass through a sieve.
To the strained pulp add corn.
Melt butter in a pan on low fire.
Add flour and mix well.
Gradually add milk, stirring all the time.
Cook, stirring constantly till white sauce is thick and smooth.
Add corn mixture, sugar, salt and pepper.
