Cream Of Corn Soup Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 cup cream-style corn (8-oz. can)
2 cups milk
Directions
Saute onion in butter.
Blend in flour, salt, and pepper.
Stir over medium heat until smooth and bubbly.
Stir in corn.
Bring to boil; boil 1 min., stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Gradually stir in milk.
Heat to serving temperature.
