Cream Of Celery Zucchini Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups zucchini, sliced
3/4 cup canned cream of celery soup
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp celery seeds
Pinch of nutmeg
Fresh ground pepper
Directions
In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch zucchini 1 minute or so.
Drain.
In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add zucchini.
Continue cooking 2 minutes.
