Cream Cheese Rolls Recipe

Combine 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, yeast and salt in large bowl of mixer; add the milk mixture.
Beat on low speed until blended; add eggs and 1 cup flour.
Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
With a large mixing spoon, stir in 2 cups flour to make a firm dough.
Turn out on floured board and knead in 1 cup flour gradually until dough is smooth & elastic.
Grease large bowl, turn dough into bowl & turn over to bring greased side up.
Cover with towel and let rise in warm place for 1 hour.
Punch dough down, turn out onto floured board and let rise 15 minutes.
While dough rests, combine cream cheese, raisins and powdered sugar in small bowl; set aside.
Grease 3 round or square pans.
Divide dough into 18 pieces; roll 1 piece at a time on floured board to a 414" circle.
Spoon 1 tbs cheese mixture in center.
Gather circle along edge to form pouch; pinch firmly to seal.
Place bun, sealed side down, in pan.
Repeat with other pieces.
Cover pans with towels; let rise 45 minutes.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from pans and serve while warm or hot.
