Cream Cheese Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature | ||
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup chopped ham or other cooked meat | ||
| Dried dill | 2 Tablespoon, snipped | |
| 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell | ||
| 1 8-ounce package Swiss or cheddar cheese slices | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Whip cream cheese with eggs.
Add salt and pepper and blend well.
Gently stir in ham and dill.
Spoon into pie shell.
Top with cheese.
Bake until golden, about 30 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
