Cream Cheese Pastry Recipe
Ingredients
| Bulk cream cheese - 9 oz. | ||
| Butter | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| All-purpose flour - 4 1/2 cups | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Combine butter and cream cheese well.
2. Add in the flour little at a time to form a dough.
3. Let chill overnight or for a minimum of 1 hour if planning to use the same day.
SERVING
4.Make fruit turnovers with the pastry using pie fillings like apple, raisin, cherry etc .
