Cream Cheese Mold Recipe
Cream Cheese Mould has a different taste. The cheese and parsley gives the Cream Cheese Mould a diverse taste. Cream Cheese Mould is inspired by restaurants internationally.
Ingredients
1/4 pint tomato juice or evaporated milk or milk according to taste
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon chopped gherkins
1/2 gill water
4 oz. finely grated cheese or cream cheese seasoning
2 tablespoons powder gelatine
Directions
Beat tomato juice or milk very gradually into cheese until smooth mixture.
Dissolve the gelatine in the hot water.
Add to cheese with seasoning, parsley and gherkins.
Pour into tiny moulds and when set, turn out and serve with salad.
