Cream Cheese Frosting: Recipe
Ingredients
| Pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Powdered sugar, sifted | ||
| Cream cheese - 1 (8-ounce) package, softened | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a mixing bowl and combine together butter and cream cheese in it, beating until fluffy and light.
2) Stir in powdered sugar and beat until mixture turns smooth.
3) Add chopped pecans.
SERVING
4) Use the frosting to decorate your favorite 2 layer cake.
