 4 Tbs. Weight Watchers Extra Light low-fat margarine
 Fat2 Tablespoon
 Powdered sugar3 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon
 Skim milk2 Teaspoon

Directions

Blend all of the above ingredients together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Referigerate for 30 minutes to one hour before using.
The frosting will harden a bit.
Spread on cookies, cupcakes, or use to frost a cake.
