Cream Cheese Filling Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 8-oz. package cream cheese at room temperature | ||
| 1/3 cup sieved and packed confectioners sugar | ||
| Scant 1/3 cup half and half | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon, frozen | |
Directions
Beat cheese until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add sugar.
Mix in half and half and flavoring.
Enough for a 9-inch cake.
