Cream Cheese Crackers Recipe
Ingredients
| Softened cream cheese | 1 Pound | |
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 2 1/2 tablespoons chopped bacon | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Crackers | 50 , buttered | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a large bowl and add chopped onion, egg yolk and cream cheese to it.
2) Beat vigorously until smooth.
3) Mix bacon and lemon juice into it.
4) Take a paper plate and arrange 6 crackers in a circular manner.
5) Top each cracker with 2-3 teaspoonful of the cream cheese mixture.
6) Cook for half a minute.
SERVING
7) Can be served hot.
