Cream Cheese Chocolate Icing Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese package | 1 | |
| Unsweetened chocolate square | 2 , melted | |
| Instant coffee | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Evaporated milk | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Icing Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted |
Directions
Cream first four ingredients together and stir in enough icing sugar to make a spready consistency.
Swirl over top of an 8-inch-square cake and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
