1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can diced green chilies
1 small jar pimentos
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
Cayenne pepper to taste
Flour tortillas
Directions
Brown onion and ground beef in skillet.
Mix all ingredients, except Cheddar cheese.
Fill tortillas with meat and sauce or layer them.
Pour remainder of sauce on top and add Cheddar cheese.
Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbling.
