Crayfish In Paprika Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Crayfish | 50 | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Caraway seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Small bunch of parsley | ||
| Butter | 5 Ounce | |
| Red paprika | ||
| Flour | 1 Ounce | |
| 2 oz. crayfish butter | ||
| 2/5 pt. meat stock or bouillon | ||
Directions
Cook crayfish in salted water with caraway seeds and parsley, remove flesh from claws and tails.
Melt and heat butter, and add crayfish flesh, heat up again a little, sprinkle with paprika and flour.
Dilute with soup and bring to boil.
Take off the fire and salt.
Sprinkle with crayfish butter before serving and give a dish of rice separately.
