Directions

For mustard sauce, mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and smooth. For crawfish cakes, saute celery, onion, red pepper, and garlic til tender, about 3 minutes. Mix in tail meat, creole spice, and egg until well combined.
Add bread crumbs and mix together til doughy. Make 4 crawfish patties and fry until golden brown on both sides in olive oil. Serve with mustard sauce. Enjoy!
