Crawfish and Turnip Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Crawfish | 4 Pound | |
| Turnips | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry white wine | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dried parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Louisiana hot sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 6 drops Peychaud's bitters | ||
| Onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Olive oil to grease casserole | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Lime | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Margarine | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| 1 or 2 tbs. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a big bowl until well blended.
Put in greased casserole dishes and bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
