 Crawfish 4 Pound
 Turnips 4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry white wine2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dried parsley2 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Louisiana hot sauce2 Teaspoon
 6 drops Peychaud's bitters
 Onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Garlic1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Olive oil to grease casserole
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Mushrooms2 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Lime 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Margarine2 Tablespoon, melted
 1 or 2 tbs. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a big bowl until well blended.
Put in greased casserole dishes and bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
