Dust cavity with Accent.
To make cranberry dressing chop cranberries; place in a sauce pan with sugar and bring to a boil Remove from heat.
Moisten bread cubes with melted butter; combine with cranberries, raisins, seasonings, lemon rind and broth; mix well.
Stuff and truss turkey.
