Ingredients

 
4 cups chopped cranberries
 
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
 
2 oranges, peeled and chopped
 
2 cups sugar
 
3 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
 
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
 
1/2teaspoon salt
 
1 orange, sectioned
 
6 mayonnaise pie crust tart shells, unbaked

Directions

Combine cranberries, orange rind, oranges, sugar, tapioca, margarine and salt.
Pour into tart shells.
Arrange orange sections on top of filling.
Bake in a very hot oven (450° F) 10 minutes: reduce temperature to moderate 350° F and bake 25 to 30 min- utes.
Makes 6 tarts.
