Cranberry-Strawberry Jam Recipe

Ingredients
| Cranberries | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Frozen strawberries package | 2 , thawed | |
| Sugar | 5 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 pkg. powdered pectin | ||
Directions
Grind cranberries; combine with strawberries in large saucepan.
Add sugar and pectin; mix well.
Bring to a full rolling boil; boil hard for 1 minute, stirring con- stantly.
Remove from heat; skim off foam with metal spoon.
Stir and skim for 5 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jars; seal with paraffin.
