Classic Cranberry Ring Recipe

| Canned frozen cranberry relish | 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can/ 1 Cup 16 Tablespoon, Use Whole Berries) | |
| Canned crushed pineapple | 13 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can) | |
| Gelatin | 3 Ounce, flavored (One Package/ Lemon Flavored) | |
| Boiling water | 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) | |
| Marshmallows | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Tiny Ones) | |
| Cream cheese | 3 Ounce, softened (1 Package) | |
| Salad dressing/Mayonnaise | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Heavy cream | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped |

Directions
Dissolve strawberryflavored gelatin in hot water.
Add cranberry relish and dash of salt.
Pour into a 6 1/2 cup ring mold.
Chill till firm.
Second Layer:
Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Dissolve lemonflavored gelatin in boiling water; add marshmallows and stir till meited; add reserved syrup.
Chill till partially set.
Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and dash of salt; add to marshmallow mixture.
Stir in pineapple.
If mixture is thin, chill till it mounds slightly when spooned.
Fold in whipped cream; pour over first layer; chill till firm.
Unmold onto bed of lettuce.
