Recipe Story

One of my favorite things are sorbets and I esp love them in the summer. This rcipe combines two very sweet tasty fruits i enjoy. Hope you like it. Try it at home. It tastes good, its simple & quick to prepare for people w/ kids or who are on the go, and it doesn't make you feel bad about having dessert!

Ingredients

 Water4 Cup (64 tbs)
 Sugar2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Cranberries12 Ounce
 Fresh raspberries/Frozen raspberries1 Quart
 Orange juice2 Cup (32 tbs) (fresh or from concentrate)

Directions

Bring water, sugar and cranberries to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add raspberries and turn off heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Pour through a food processor and strain. Let cool and combine with remaining ingredients. Chill then freeze.
