Ingredients

 Cranberries2 Pound
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 qt. sparkling soda water
 Cloves1/4 Tablespoon
 Cinnamon stick1 Small
 Sugar1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange juice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs), squeezed

Directions

Step1-Wash and pick over the cranberries. Remove any that are soft.

Step2-Put cranberries, water, cloves, and cinnamon in a large saucepan.

Step3-Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step4-Strain. Stir in sugar until dissolved.

Step5- Add the orange and lemon juice, and 1 qt. of sparkling soda water. Chill.
