Ingredients
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. milk
tsp. orange flavoring
3/4 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. confectioners' sugar
Juice from 1/2 orange
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Directions
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Cream butter; add sugar gradually, creaming until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and yolk, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add flour mixture to butter mixture alternately with milk; mix well.
Stir in fla- voring, cranberries and nuts; mix well.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
Cook for 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely.
Combine remaining ingredi- ents; mix well.
Spread over side and top of cake.
