Cranberry Orange Snack Mix Recipe
Ingredients
| Oatmeal cereal squares | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Corn cereal squares | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Miniature pretzels | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Raw almonds | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Whole Pieces) | |
| Butter | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted (About .5 Stick) | |
| Thawed orange juice concentrate | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 3⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Dried cranberries | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
Combine the cereals, pretzels and almonds in a bowl and set aside.
Combine the butter, orange juice concentrate, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in another bowl and blend well.
Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and stir well to coat.
Spread evenly in a 9xl3 inch sheet cake pan that has been sprayed with nonstick baking spray.
Bake for 50 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Stir in the cranberries.
Cool in pan on a wire rack, uncovered, until crisp.
Store in airtight containers.
