Cranberry Orange Nut Relish Recipe
Ingredients
| Cranberries | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tart apple, peeled and cored | ||
| Granulated Sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted 125 mL | ||
| Raisins | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange marmalade | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tbsp coarsely grated lemon rind 15 mL | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pinch cinnamon | ||
Directions
In food processor or grinder, chop cranberries and apple.
In bowl, combine cranberry mixture, sugar, pecans, raisins, marmalade, lemon rind, lemon juice, and cinnamon (if using).
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to 1 week.
