Ingredients

 
1 4-lb. leg of lamb
 
Salt to taste
 
1 1-lb. can whole cranberry sauce
 
1/4 c. lemon juice
 
1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
 
3/4 tsp. Rosemary

Directions

"Sprinkle lamb with salt; place on rack in roasting pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
Combine all remaining ingredients; mix well.
Spread sauce over lamb.
Bake, basting occasionally, for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 175 de- grees.
