This Cranberry Juice Thanksgiving Cocktail has become an addiction since the first item I tasted it at a Thanksgiving party. But now, I simply can't wait till Thanksgiving next to satiate my craving taste buds. I make this Cranberry Juice Thanksgiving Cocktail quite often; so will you once you start making it ! Ingredients
| 4 cups raw cranberries | ||
| Water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pineapple slices | 2 Small, canned | |
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Artificial sweetener to equal 1 cup sugar | ||
Directions
Combine cranberries, water and cinnamon, and cook over low heat until berries are very soft, about 15 minutes.
Puree pineapple and juice in blender, add berries with cooking liquid, orange juice and sweetener.
Blend well.
Serve in 8 glasses straight over cracked ice, or combine half and half with carbonated beverage of your choice.
