Ingredients
1/4 pound bulk pork sausage
1 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced celery
1 1/2 (1-pound) packages raw ground turkey
1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 eggs
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cranberry Glaze
Directions
Cook sausage in a heavy skillet until browned, stirring to crumble.
Add onion and celery, cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Drain well.
Combine sausage mixture, turkey, stuffing mix, milk, parsley, eggs, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
Shape mixture into a loaf; place in a lightly greased 8- x 4- x 3-inch loaf-pan.
Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until loaf is done.
Pour off excess liquid.
Transfer loaf to serving platter; spoon 1/2 cup Cranberry Glaze over top of loaf.
Serve remaining glaze with loaf.

trying to find a turkey mince with cranberry and I think it had Chicken mince also and wrapped in bacon strips to make a roll. Wraped up like a swiss roll.Can you help.
