Holiday Cranberry-Fruit Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
3 c. biscuit mix
1 c. whole bran cereal
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
Grated rind of 1 orange
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. mixed candied fruits
1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
Directions
Combine biscuit mix, cereal and sugar.
Add eggs and milk; stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fold in orange rind, nuts, candied fruits and cranberries; pour into greased 9 x 5-x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until bread tests done.
Remove from pan; cool on rack before slicing.
