Ingredients

 
Cake mix-1 pound package
 
Cinnamon-1/2 teaspoon
 
Mace-1/2 teaspoon
 
Cranberries-1 cup, coarsely chopped
 
Mixed candied fruits-1/2 cup, diced
 
Orange rind-1 teaspoon, grated

Directions

MAKING
1)Prepare cake mix as per package instructions.
2)Add cinnamon and mace, cranberries, candied fruits and orange rind into batter.
3)Take a greased and floured 8-inch tube pan and pour the batter into it.
4)Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done.
5)Cool in pan for 10 minutes and place on rack to cool completely.

SERVING
6)Serve the cranberry fruit loaf for snacks.
