Cranberry Delight Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cranberry sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 cup commercial sour cream | ||
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Marshmallows | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| 3/4 cup canned plums, drained, pitted, diced, and liquid reserved | ||
| 1/2 cup plum liquid | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Beat cranberry sauce, sour cream, and salt with rotary beater; add marshmallows.
Soften gelatin in liquid from plums; dissolve this over hot water and add to cranberry mixture.
Chill until partially thickened.
Fold in plums, celery, and walnuts.
Pour into individual molds and chill until firm.
