Marshmallows-1/2 pound
Milk-1/2 cup
Ground cranberries-3/4 cup
Orange rind-1 tablespoon, grated
Whipping cream-1 cup

Directions
MAKING
1)On top of double boiler, mix marshmallows and milk and stir to melt marshmallows on hot water.
2)Chill to consistency of whipped cream.
3)Add cranberries and orange rind into marshmallow mixture and chill until thickened.
4)Then, whip cream until stiff and mix it with cranberry mixture.
5)Take a pie shell and put the mixture into it.
6)Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
SERVING
