Cranberry Cheese Ball Recipe
Ingredients
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 12 Ounce, grated | |
| 1/3 cup cranberry orange relish, homemade, or processed and packed in jars | ||
| Cream cheese | 1 | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 3/4 cup finely chopped Walnuts or pecans | ||
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Grate cheese (Cheddar) as finely as possible; mix with cream cheese until well blended.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard.
Divide mixture in half.
In one half, mix cranberry orange relish, leave the other half plain.
Combine the two halves by swirling the cheeses together.
Shape into ball or log and roll in nuts.
It can also be thinned with milk and used as a dip by mixing with an electric mixer into a "lumpy" mix.
In the blender, the result is a smooth dip.
However, the good taste is there either way.
