Cranberry Waldorf Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| Cranberry | 1 Pint | |
| 1 3-ounce package lemon-flavored gelatin | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup diced unpared apple | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| California walnuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), broken | |
Directions
Heat 7 cup cranberry-juice cocktail just to boiling.
Dissolve gelatin in it.
Add remaining juice and the salt.
Chill till partially set.
Stir in apple, celery, and nuts.
Pour into 4 to 6 individual molds.
Chill firm
