1) In a saucepan, add the cranberries along with water. Cook over a low flame.
2) Strain the cranberries by pressing them against the sieve.
3) Add in sugar along with a blob of butter.
4) Serve the cranberry sauce as an accompaniment to stuffed turkey.
Cranberry Sauce can also be prepared by making a sugar syrup by cooking the sugar and water together to boiling point. Add in the cranberries and cook to get a thick mixture. No need to strain the sauce. Lastly, add in the butter. Mix and serve.
