Cranberry Salad Recipe
Over the years I perfected the art of making this Cranberry Salad which was taught to me by my elders. This dish is a superior Low Carb dish. Serve this tasty Side Dish as often as you like! Stock up on plenty of bags of Fruits as you will want to make this Cranberry Salad time and again. I am sure you and I will approve that this Cranberry Salad is really delicious.

Ingredients
2 cups cranberries
1 cup water
1 cup EQUAL SPOONFUL
1 small package cranberry or cherry sugar-free gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup diced celery
1 can (7 1/4 ounces) crushed pineapple, in juice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Bring cranberries and 1 cup water to a boil.
Remove from heat when cranberries have popped open.
Add Equal® and stir.
Set aside to cool.
Dissolve gelatin with 1 cup boiling water.
Add cranberry sauce; mix thoroughly.
Add celery, pineapple and walnuts.
Pour into mold or bowl.
Place in refrigerator until set.
