Cranberry Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1 cup pineapple juice
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 cups fresh ground cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups small marshmallows
1 cup whipped cream
Directions
Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water, add 1 cup juice from pineapple and cool in refrigerator until it starts to set.
Mix and let stand about 1 hour ground cranberries and sugar.
Then add pineapple and marshmallows and whipped cream to Jello.
Fold all together and put in refrigerator.
Let stand all day or overnight.
