Ingredients

 Pineapple can1 , crushed
 2 packages cherry-flavored gelatin
 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Hot water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cold water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Cranberries1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange1 Small
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 California walnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), broken

Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Combine gelatin and sugar; dissolve in hot water.
Add cold water, lemon juice, and reserved pineapple syrup.
Chill till partially set.
Add pineapple and remaining ingredients.
Turn into 2-quart mold.
Chill till firm.
Un-mold.
