Cranberry & Raspberry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
| 200 ml/7 fl oz cranberry juice | ||
| 175 g/6 oz frozen raspberries, defrosted | ||
| 100 ml/3 1/2 fl oz milk | ||
| 200 ml/7 fl oz natural yogurt | ||
| Caster sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mint sprigs, to serve | ||
Directions
Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve topped with fresh mint.
