Ingredients

 200 ml/7 fl oz cranberry juice
 175 g/6 oz frozen raspberries, defrosted
 100 ml/3 1/2 fl oz milk
 200 ml/7 fl oz natural yogurt
 Caster sugar1 Tablespoon
 Mint sprigs, to serve

Directions

Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve topped with fresh mint.
